Paperworld 2012

Paper World 2012, the world’s largest trade show of paper, office supplies and stationery products, took place in Frankfurt, between January 28th and 31st. Around 87,000 trade visitors from 155 countries contributed to the high level of satisfaction among exhibitors and for the huge success of this event.

The “Paper form Portugal. More Forests, Better Future” campaign  was present and promoted the Portuguese pulp and paper products as an European success story. This Campaign, launched last December,  is designed to challenge misconceptions about the industry and to provide facts showing that paper making in Portugal actually promotes forestation and is a source of natural wealth.

Paperworld is not only the top order event for the sector but also, with its numerous innovations, awards ceremonies, trend shows and events, the world’s biggest platform for new products’ presentation.
